Ulli and Dick both have extensive backgrounds in hotel and resort management.  Dick worked at his family's summer resort for most of his life as well as having worked at or managed other resorts and recreation based businesses.   Ulli is a graduate of the Steigenberger Hotel School near Munich Germany and has worked for Intercontinental and Kempinski Hotels in Germany.   We hope that our backgrounds will help us serve you well.  Our goal is to make you feel right at home.  

We have lived in the area full time for over 12  years and feel that you shouldn't have to be long time Tahoe local to know the areas special places.  We encourage our guests to not be shy about asking questions.   No question is too silly, it's only silly not to ask.
