Events & Groups:  Please contact us if you wish to host an event at Tahoma Meadows. All events and group activities must be pre approved by the Innkeeper.  Self catered events or the use of outside caterers is not allowed.   We limit events to 75 guests max.  In order to hold an event at Tahoma Meadows all cottages must be booked by the group.  An advance payment equal to half of the estimated event charges will must be made to confirm your reservation.  Payment in full must be made 30 days prior to the event date.  Additional balances are due the day of the event.   A 90 cancellation period will apply to all group events.   Please contact us for more information regarding events.
